The document states: "Early Voting for the November 8, 2016 General Election Thursday, September 29, 2016 and continue through Monday, November 7, 2016 in the Voter Registration office in the basement of the Courthouse. Hours will be 8:00-4:00 Monday through Friday, and 9:00-3:00 Saturday, October 22nd, October 29th and November 5th.
Early Voting will be conducted at the WIU Union November 1, 2016 through November 4, 2016 Hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m."
