Kickboxing

This class will be a blend of some fitness/strength training and learning fun dance moves that will give you a workout and give you something to show off next time you're on a dance floor.

Lunch Crunch

Director Brian Thomas (aka B.T.) delivers a unique blend of workouts and exercises in his class that is perfect for those that like variety and taking on new challenges. B.T. draws on his years as a strength and conditioning coach to deliver fun, effective workouts that are designed to help you look good AND move well.

Pilates

Our pilates classes are a full body workout that are designed to create long, lean muscles with an emphasis on training and developing core strength. Pilates achieves these results by using gravity and your body's own resistance — and sometimes small props, such as balls or weights.

Stretch 'n' Flex

Inspired by gymnastics, this class offers participants simple progressions to develop both flexibility and strength. You may not be headed to the Olympics any time soon, but that's no reason you can't have a gold medal body.

TRX

This class will take you through a series of strength and cardio circuits on the TRX Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to change the difficulty level.

Yoga

De-stress before, between and/or after your classes. Yoga in the morning as a great way to start your day with energy and vigor. The middle of the afternoon is the perfect time to unwind and re-focus using a number of different relaxing and invigorating yoga poses and routines. This class is also the perfect way to go into the evening with a refreshed mind and body. Check out all three times!
