Undergraduate Research Day Coming April 16

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University Centennial Honors College is proud to present the Thomas E. Helm Undergraduate Research Day on Wednesday, April 16, in the University Union.
This is a public, university-wide forum for showcasing undergraduate research from all academic disciplines, and students are encouraged to submit their faculty mentored research, projects or creative activity.
Submissions may be either completed or in-progress. Monetary awards are given to the top presentations in each category.
The day's tentative schedule is:
9 a.m.-noon - Podium presentations, Brattain Lounge
11 a.m.-1:30 p.m - Poster Presentations, Grand Ballroom
Noon - Welcome Remarks, Union Grand Ballroom
2 p.m. - presentation from Distinguished Alumni Keynote Speaker, David Zanolla, Brattain Lounge
2:30 p.m. - Award presentation, Brattain Lounge
