New Trustee Orientation

MACOMB, IL -- An orientation will be held Thursday, May 10 for new Western Illinois University Board of Trustees members. The orientation sessions will begin at 8:30 a.m. on the WIU-Macomb campus.
Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act. No action items are on the orientation agenda. The next regular board meeting will be held Friday, June 8 at the WIU-QC Riverfront campus.
Orientation Agenda:
8:30 a.m. - Meet with Vice President for Quad Cities, Planning and Technology Joe Rives, Sherman Hall Room 205
9 a.m. - Meet with governance group leaders/representatives, Sherman Hall Room 205
9:50 a.m. - Break
10 a.m. - Meet with Provost Ken Hawkinson, Sherman Hall Room 211
10:30 a.m.- Meet with Vice President for Advancement and Public Services Brad Bainter, Sherman Hall Room 303
11 a.m. - Meet with Vice President for Student Services Gary Biller, Sherman Hall Room 321
11:30 a.m. - Meet with Vice President for Administrative Services Julie DeWees, Sherman Hall Room 200
Noon - Break
12:30 p.m. - Lunch with President Jack Thomas, Grote Dining Hall
