Feb. 6 'Food and U' Series at Malpass to Feature Macomb Chef and Local Food Use

MACOMB, IL -- Learn how one local restaurant participates in Macomb's local food movement via Western Illinois University Libraries' ongoing "Food and U" series. At noon Monday, Feb. 6, Chef Jason Miller, from Shiloh's Bistro and Bar in Macomb, will talk about using local products in his restaurant.

The Feb. 6 session of "Food and U" is open free to the public and will be held in the Leslie F. Malpass Library, room 180, on the WIU-Macomb campus.
