Office of General Counsel Changes

MACOMB, IL -- Digger Oster, assistant vice president for administrative services and risk manager at Western Illinois University, has assumed the duties of the institution's ethics officer until a new University attorney is in place.
Rica Calhoun, who has served as University attorney since July 2015, has
accepted a job as chief compliance officer at Florida A & M University. A national search is underway. In the interim, all legal and ethics-related matters should still be forwarded to WIU's Office of General Counsel at KM-Chambers@wiu.edu or (309) 298-3070. Freedom of Information Act requests should be sent to wiufoia@wiu.edu or the Office of University Relations at (309) 298-1993.
