Hallwas to Speak at Western Friday

MACOMB, IL – Professor Emeritus John Hallwas will present "Voices and Visions Nineteenth-Century Illinois Poetry" at 2 p.m. Friday, April 21 at the West Central Illinois Arts Center.
The talk will be the culminating event of the second annual Macomb Poetry Festival. It will be recorded for local television and will air this summer.
