WIU Social & Playoff Football Game @ ISU; Viewing Parties in Macomb & Chicago

MACOMB, IL -- Cheer on Western Illinois University Leatherneck Football as the team takes on the Illinois State Redbirds in round two of the FCS Playoffs Saturday, Dec. 5. The WIU Alumni Association will host a pregame social at Hancock Stadium Saturday, and will also host viewing parties at the Sports Corner in downtown Macomb and at Howells and Hood in Chicago for those fans who can't make the trip to Normal.

The pregame social begins at 11 a.m. Dec. 5 in the Redbird Tent Zone ( Field 2 behind the U-High parking lot). Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Hancock Stadium. The pregame social, food, nonalcoholic beverages and game ticket cost is $35/person (pregame social, food and nonalcoholic beverages: $10/person). A cash bar will be available. Football tickets are located in Section 121; game tickets will be distributed at the pregame social.

The Alumni Association will also host Leatherneck Playoff Viewing Parties beginning at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Sports Corner, 124 N. Randolph, Macomb, and Howells and Hood, 435 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago. The events are open free to the public; both venues offer a full bar and menu for beverage and food purchases. WIU gear and other door prizes will be given away throughout the game.
