Services Set for WIU Student Andrew Wedekind

MACOMB, IL -- A celebration of life for Western Illinois University student Andrew Wedekind will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2 at the First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro, IL.
Burial will be at Wares Grove Cemetery in Butler, IL. Memorials may be made to the Andrew K. Wedekind Trust.
Wedekind, a 2011 graduate of Hillsboro High School, was a junior agriculture major and a member of WIU's Collegiate Livestock Judging Team.

WIU Mourns Student Death
MACOMB, IL -- The Western Illinois University community is saddened to learn of the death of Andrew K. Wedekind, 20, who died Jan. 23 at his off-campus residence.
Wedekind, of Butler, IL, was a junior agriculture major.
"Our sympathy and thoughts go out to family, friends and classmates of Andrew," said Western Illinois President Jack Thomas.
University Counseling Center staff are available to meet with friends and classmates of Wedekind.
Arrangements are pending at the Bass-Patton-Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro, IL.
