Horn Field Campus Haunted Corn Maze Oct. 31
October 30, 2013
MACOMB, IL -- Get ready to experience an a-MAZE-ingly frightful night at Western Illinois University's Horn Field Campus (HFC) on Halloween. The Haunted Corn Maze at HFC will be open from 8-11 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31 (rain or shine, with consideration for thunderstorm safety procedures). Cost is $5 per person (all ages).
"To make this event safe and enjoyable for all participants, we are requesting that all youth under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on the property while his or her child or children participate in the maze," Mindy Pheiffer, HFC program coordinator, said.
Pheiffer added the gates at HFC will close at 10:45 p.m. so individuals interested in getting into the event should arrive before that time. She also noted that carpooling is encouraged, as parking in the HFC lot is limited.
For up-to-date information, check HFC's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/hornfieldcampus.wiu.
