WIU-QC: Update


MOLINE, IL -- The closure for the Western Illinois University Quad Cities campus will expire at midnight (12 a.m.). At this time, the Quad Cities campus will resume regular operations Wednesday, March 6 and classes will begin at 8 a.m.

Additional updates will be posted on wiu.edu/qc as necessary.

WIU-QC CLOSED

MOLINE, IL – The Western Illinois University-Quad Cities campus is closed today (March 5) due to winter weather. All classes and events scheduled at the WIU-QC are canceled.

Employees working in essential positions are required to work their regular hours during a total shutdown. The WIU policy on limiting University operations because of emergency conditions is available in the Administrative Procedures Handbook, which can be viewed at wiu.edu/policies/emergency.php.

As weather conditions change, updates will be posted at wiu.edu.
