Bhavika
Bhavika is a second-year Clinical/Community Mental Health graduate student and a Graduate Assistant at the Alcohol and Other Drug Resource Center. She plans to specialize in working with personality disorders and addiction, through a person-centered and existential approach to counseling. Her interest lies in helping individuals navigate identity, relationships, and emotional regulation to build autonomy and find meaning in their lives. She believes that creating a non-judgmental, supportive space is key to fostering personal growth.
Outside of work, Bhavika enjoys writing as a way to reflect and relax. She is an avid reader of all things fiction and dystopian fantasy. A K-drama enthusiast, she believes that any day spent cozied up with a good book or discovering a new series to binge is a day well spent.
