Assessment Resources
We offer many different types of testing at the UCC. There is a charge for taking some of these assessment inventories. Information about these tests are as follows:
Substance-Related Assessments
- e-CHUG - the electronic Check-Up to Go! - Take an electronic alcohol screening measure to check out your drinking habits.
- e-TOKE - the electronic Check-Up to Go! - Take an electronic marijuana screening measure to check out your marijuana use.
Intellectual
Woodcock-Johnson-R (WJ-IV)
Standard battery consists of about 25 tests (varied responses), variations in time (about six hours).
Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-R (WAIS-IV)
11 tests. Verbal & Performance (varied responses), about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Screening Test
1-36 items (0-2 choices), shows probability of ADHD. Dyslexia Screening Instrument, 30 items (1-5 scales), shows yes, no, or inconclusive results.
