Registered Student Organization and WIU departments receive scheduling privileges for WIU facilities. Prior to requesting space for your event, please consider the following items:

  1. Appropriate venue: What facility would you like to reserve? How many people will be attending your event?
  2. Event Setup: What physical setup is needed for your event?
  3. Audio Visual Needs: Will you need any technology for your event
  4. Catering Needs: Will your event require catering?
