Planning an outdoor event? Outdoor spaces on the Western Illinois University campus can be reserved through the Campus Scheduling Form. When planning an outdoor event, please take into consideration the following:

  • Ideal location
  • Power or water sources
  • Event equipment (tables, chairs, trash cans)
  • Sound or lighting equipment - WESTEC can be contacted at 309-298-3210 to arrange sound and lighting services for outdoor events
  • JULIE needs (when putting up a tent or staking anything into the ground)
  • Weather contingency plan
