Success in Positive Academic Behavior

As an alumnus of the Chicago Public School System, this program is just for you! We want to help you build healthy habits of academic success. This "course" is built so you earn money, paid twice in the semester, by accomplishing tasks that are important to your success and continuation of degree progress here at Western Illinois University. These tasks are outlined in each section, which is described in your Western Online "course", and the method to demonstrate your involvement with them is also outlined.

The gradebook in this program is really your bank account. Just as you watch your grade progress in other classes, you can watch your bank account progress by submitting required work on time.

Each week offers different activities you can engage in. For some, there are required activities, like Study Hours, outside of this course, but by doing them you earn money for engaging in this activity. Though none of the activities are mandatory and you cannot fail, the more you participate, the more money you can earn by actively engaging in academic and social connections across campus and Macomb. Not only do you earn more money by being active across campus, but you'll meet more people and have more fun!
