Dr. Barker's Presentation
Bloom in the Field of Student Affairs- Student affairs is one of those professions that people often discover by accident. But many students report that student affairs professionals are just as instrumental in their college journey as faculty. Knowing the impact that student affairs professionals can have in the lives of college students, how can we inspire professionals to embrace adaptability, resilience, and empathy in their roles? Attendees will leave with actionable insights to help their campuses flourish in a rapidly changing educational landscape and find ways to make the most of their professions.
