The Western Illinois Student Personnel Association (WISPA) is a student organization that aims to enhance the personal and professional development of all students interested in pursuing careers in student affairs, regardless of class or department. WISPA achieves this through social and professional networking opportunities, professional development workshops and conferences, and a commitment to continued learning and alumni engagement in the profession.
WISPA hosts a series of programs that emphasize professional development, personal growth, community building, and academic excellence.
