College Student Personnel: Higher Education Leadership track (Online)

Our part-time option (referred to as the Higher Education Leadership track) serves the educational and logistical needs of professionals currently engaged in student affairs (or closely related) work in a professional capacity and want to earn a master's degree simultaneously.

This 38-credit, two-year Master of Science program meets CAS standards, the most comprehensive and rigorous graduate preparation program standards within higher education. Click here for more information on degree requirements.
While the CSP program was established in 1970, The Higher Education Leadership track began its inaugural year in Fall 2015 and enrolls new students annually with Fall 2024 as the next scheduled matriculation date. Click here for the application timeline and process.
Part-time courses are offered in an online learning environment format.
