Honors in the Major Requirements

Course Requirements:

GH 299 (1 sh)
(if not already completed for General Honors)
9 sh of General or Departmental Honors courses approved by Interdisciplinary Studies Advisor [300 - 400 level courses only]
Complete Honors course plan in consultation with Interdisciplinary Studies Advisor upon enrollment in Honors College
Honors Thesis or Project (3 sh) [students selecting thesis option are encouraged to complete the thesis requirement in appropriate Departmental or Honors College course (GH 444) with variable credit during the fall and spring semesters]

Grade Point Average Requirements:

University Honors
(General Honors + Honors in the Major)
