- Appoint Search and Screening Committee

- Convene Committee & Define Their Role
- Develop Advertising Plan

Receive & Screen Materials
- As applications are received, the Interview Exchange System will acknowledge receipt of the applicaiton.
- Screen Applicants
- Check References
- Interview Applicants
- Recommend Acceptable Candidates (Search Committee) and Select Final Candidate (Hiring Administrator)
- Submit Hiring Document

- Request to Fill Forms - now done through Interview Exchange
- Principal Administration Position Exemption
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification (uscis.gov)
- Position Announcement (use template from Interview Exchange)
- Advertising Contingency Approval Form
- Request to Extend Offer of Employment - now done through Interview Exchange
