Production Services 

University Television (UTV) is a video production department serving the campus of Western Illinois University and the surrounding area.  UTV is comprised of a professional production staff that produces and broadcasts a broad spectrum of informational, educational and promotional media.  Our department is capable of multi-camera studio recordings, live-streaming, on-location recordings, drone footage, media conversion and graphics production but every project is unique and tailored to our clients’ needs.

We encourage you to submit a  Media Request Form if you’re interested in working with us.  One of our creative producers will contact you directly to shape your idea into an effective and engaging video.

Facilities 

University Television is located on the fourth floor of Memorial Hall where we operate and maintain a complete broadcast television studio.   From our Master Control, UTV schedules and programs Channel 3, WIU's 24-hour local cable channel, as well as Macomb's municipal government Channel 15.  

Media Conversion and Duplication

UTV also provides media conversion to digitize your legacy media.  We are capable of transferring DVD’s, CD’s, and VHS tapes to digital files.  In addition, Blu-Ray and DVD duplication services are available if you need additional copies of your media.
