Rocky on Parade Artists
Rocky on Parade is committed to providing opportunities to artists throughout western Illinois. Some will be aspiring student artists, some will be professional artists and some will be business and academic groups who want to show their community spirit through a creative endeavor. The selection process begins with advertising an open call to artists. Artists will submit designs proposals to the Rocky on Parade committee, and those who are selected will be recognized on the plaques affixed to the bulldogs and in the “dog walk” map. Selected artists will receive a stipend for supplies.
