Satisfactory Academic Progress Pace Chart
Your Pace is calculated by dividing the total number of hours earned by the total number of hours attempted throughout your total enrollment at Western Illinois University, including accepted transfer hours.
Hours you are taking (attempted) are counted after the last date to drop for a 100% refund (10th day of the semester).
The number of hours you earned are counted at the time grades are posted each semester. If you received a grade of W (dropped a course after the 10th day), an F (failed a course), or an I (incomplete), you did not earn hours for that course. Note: The university does not grant credit for MATH099, but if you successfully completed the course, the hours can be added to your earned hours for the purposes of the Satisfactory Progress Pace calculation.
If you have hours transferred in, the hours that are accepted by Western Illinois University are counted both as attempted and earned.
