Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to:
- demonstrate knowledge of the basic components of the criminal justice system
- demonstrate knowledge of the application of criminal law and criminal procedure in the United States
- compare and contrast common moral dilemmas and issues that persist in criminal justice, using diverse ethical systems to solve them
- demonstrate knowledge of the basic components of research and research methodology in the criminal justice field
- compare and contrast the organizational structures of criminal justice agencies to their administrative functions and overall responsibilities within the American criminal justice system
