Upon completion of this program, the student will be able to: 

  1. demonstrate knowledge of the basic components of the criminal justice system
  2. demonstrate knowledge of the application of criminal law and criminal procedure in the United States
  3. compare and contrast common moral dilemmas and issues that persist in criminal justice, using diverse ethical systems to solve them
  4. demonstrate knowledge of the basic components of research and research methodology in the criminal justice field
  5. compare and contrast the organizational structures of criminal justice agencies to their administrative functions and overall responsibilities within the American criminal justice system
