Project Description

The project involves the complete replacement of all exterior cladding and windows in the building. The original cladding has deteriorated and must be replaced. The new exterior wall will update the appearance of the building to make it more appealing to today's students as well as blend the building in more architecturally with the rest of the campus. Heating and cooling units in each student living room will also be replaced. The building is a 19 story residence hall with approximately 800 rooms. Selection of systems will conserve energy, increase comfort, and greatly reduce energy demands for the future HVAC systems.
