Project Description

The objective of this project is the complete removal of Higgins Hall and all associated utilities. The contractor will remove all construction material from the building to prepare for the implosion on July 1st. Once the implosion in complete, the remaining material will be cleaned up and taken away. All the concrete remains from the building will be crushed up into useable rock and retained by WIU for future use.
