Inventory Change Reporting
Note: The process for reporting a change in university inventory and surplussing of equipment was updated on March 1, 2020. To report any change in university equipment (except regular purchases), please follow the corresponding procedure below.
- To report a change in technology-related property (e.g. computers, laptops, monitors, tablets, printers, scanners, etc.), please log in and submit a service request to University Technology.
- For all other property, complete an inventory change report and submit to the Property Acccounting and Redistribution Center.
