Special Fees
Special fees are defined as all fees other than mandatory fees and include the following:- Room and board fee
- Late registration and/or late payment fee
- Transcript fee
- Orientation fee
- Any other fee which is required for graduation.

Charges
Approval of the President or designee is required to establish or change the amount of charges; examples of such charges include:- Laboratory, material, or other course-related
- Locker and towel
- Late examination
- Duplicate schedule
- Library fine
- Lost identification or activity card
- Test
- Traffic fine
- Parking
- Other nonmandatory charges

Waivers and Refunds
Special fees may be waived or refunded in accordance with Board Regulations or by specific approval of the Board. Charges may be waived or refunded in accordance with University policy or by specific approval of the President.
