- Must be 5 years or more beyond high school graduation or have earned a minimum of 24 hours of college transfer credit
- Student who has earned a bachelor's degree
- Student seeking a master's, doctoral, post-baccalaureate certificate program, non-degree status or second bachelor's degree
- Student who has earned the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree
- Student seeking a master's, doctoral, post-baccalaureate certificate program or second bachelor's degree
- Student who is not a US citizen or requiring a student visa
- Student who previously attended WIU in a traditional major/program
- Student who previously attended WIU in the non-majored Bachelor of General Studies program and wants to continue in BGS
- High school student taking WIU classes while taking high school classes
- Current college student taking WIU classes for one semester only and in good standing at the home college
- Student who wants to enroll in classes but is not planning to seek a degree from WIU
- Student who has not taken college classes after completing high school
- Student who is not a US citizen or requiring a student visa
- Student who has taken college classes after high school but has not earned the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree
- Student who is not a US citizen, is transferring from another college and has not completed a bachelor's degree
- Student who has earned the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree
