Colleen Wiley Biography 

Colleen Wiley was a special education teacher for 15 years before she returned to school to study art. She is currently a WIU art major who focuses on mixed media and watercolor techniques. Colleen enjoys photography as a hobby and often incorporates it into her creative process.
