Elizabeth Lutz (California, MO) | Fine Arts and Communication College Scholar
Elizabeth Lutz graduates with bachelor's degrees in Communication, Sociology and Anthropology, with highest academic distinction, summa cum laude. She is also the Communication Departmental Scholar and a Centennial Honors Scholar. Lutz is a member of the WIU women's basketball team, is a member of the Economics and Analysis Student Organization, a member of the Phi Beta Delta International Honors Society, the WIU Peace Corps Prep Program, a member of WIU's Student Government Association and the Student Athlete Affairs Committee, and served as a research assistant for the WIU Department of Communication. She has also worked for the U.S. Federal Department of Energy, Midwest Environmental Advocates, USAID, World Vision, Healthy Gulf and ENLACE in El Salvador, Nepal and Guatemala. After graduation, Lutz plans to pursue a master's degree in Quantitative Economics while finishing her fifth year of NCAA eligibility. Lutz is the daughter of Mike and Shelly Lutz.
