Body Blitz - This class offers a wonderful blend of cardio, strength, and core training using a variety of basic equipment pieces as well as bodyweight-only exercises. Perfect for beginners who are wanting to learn the foundations of fitness and work toward achieving their "body goals" in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Cycle & Circuit - What's better than a great cycle workout? A cycle workout with strength and cardio circuits mixed in to maximize your results! This class is 45 minutes of non-stop, pedal-spinning excitement. Your legs will be arguing with your lungs over who is getting the better workout. Trick question: it’s both!
H.I.I.T. Grind - Get ready to experience the power of H igh I ntensity I nterval T raining...
Kickboxing - Learn the basics of kickboxing technique and de-stress with this non-stop, high-intensity workout. Whether you are new to group fitness or looking to challenge yourself in a different way, you will kick, punch, bob, and weave your way to a higher fitness level and leave each class feeling fierce! Also beneficial for learning self-defense!
Lunch Crunch - Associate Director Brian Thomas (aka B.T.) delivers a unique blend of workouts and exercises in his class that is perfect for those that like variety and taking on new challenges. B.T. draws on his years as a strength and conditioning coach to deliver fun, effective workouts that are designed to help you look good AND move well.
Move 'n' Groove - Learn some fun dance moves from one of our very own Westernette dancers and get a great workout at the same time!
Pilates - Our pilates classes are a full body workout that are designed to create long, lean muscles with an emphasis on training and developing core strength. Pilates achieves these results by using gravity and your body's own resistance — and sometimes small props, such as balls or weights.
TRX - This class will take you through a series of strength and cardio circuits on the TRX Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to change the difficulty level.
Yoga - De-stress between and/or after class. The middle of the afternoon is the perfect time to unwind and re-focus using a number of different relaxing and invigorating yoga poses and routines. This class is the perfect way to go into the evening with a refreshed mind and body.
Zumba - This fun, energetic class will have you moving and grooving in no time. This mixture of low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves creates the perfect interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Come see what the hype is about!!
