Entry requirements

Passport required - Must be valid until at least September 30, 2019

Visa required if not a US citizen. It is your responsibility to check the United Kingdom Visa and Immigration (UKVI) website for more information.  Visa cost not included in program cost.

 

Health Insurance

Most US-based health insurance does not provide coverage abroad or only under limited circumstances.  US Medicare is not valid internationally.  You are strongly encouraged to check your current health care plan to see if you will have coverage while in London.

If you need to purchase international coverage, we recommend the following policy to our students:  Patriot Travel Medical from International Medical Group (IMG). 

 

Travel Insurance

Itinerary

The tentative itinerary includes:

•  A half day bus tour of London on arrival day

•  Day trip to Stratford-upon-Avon including transportation, walking tour with local guide

•  A combination of five West End and other productions

• Free time so you can visit landmarks and museums, take in additional shows, or shop in London's famous stores.

Packages, costs & deadlines

Full Package	$4,050 per person
Included in package	Round trip airfare from Chicago, charter bus between Macomb and Chicago, roundtrip airport transfers in London, lodging (double occupancy), breakfast daily at hotel, & tickets to performances
London Only Package	$3,450 per person.  Limited to 10 participants
Included in package	Lodging (double occupancy), breakfast daily at hotel, & tickets to performances.  Flights and airport transportation in London not included.
Registration Deadline	October 31, 2018
Non-refundable Deposit	$700 due with registration
Final payment	Balance due November 30, 2018

* Other meals, transit passes, and personal expenses not included in either package

Passport submission   A copy of your current, valid passport is due to Kim McDaniel no later than November 30, 2018.
