Registration Open for Fall 2025 Welcome Crew

MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) is looking for volunteers to help ring in a new academic year as a part of the Fall 2025 Welcome Crew.

The Welcome Crew consists of students, faculty, staff and community members who will help students move into their residence halls during move-in, scheduled for 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21 and Friday, Aug. 22.

Those interested in volunteering to participate in the Welcome Crew during move-in should visit rebrand.ly/welcomecrewapplication. Registration will be open until Sunday, June 1.
