WIU Art and Design Hosting High School Exhibition and Awards

MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University Art and Design is hosting their annual High School Art Exhibition and Awards (HSAEA) event from 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25.
The event will be held at Garwood Hall, the Heating Plant Annex and the University Art Gallery, with workshops focused on ceramics, jewelry metals, drawing, printmaking, screen printing and art education. Students will also be able to participate in a portfolio review.
More than $500 in awards will be given through various categories, including two-dimensional, three-dimensional and photography, as well as a Best in Show and a Blick Visionary Award.
