WIU-QC to Host Welcome Week 2024

MOLINE, IL - - Western Illinois University-Quad Cities will host Welcome Week 2024 Monday-Friday, Aug. 19-23. All events are open to any WIU students, staff or faculty members.

The Welcome Week schedule includes:

Monday, Aug. 19, 8 a.m. - Coffee and Donuts in Riverfront Hall
Monday, Aug. 19, 4-6 p.m. - Graduate Student Mixer
Tuesday, Aug. 20, 11-1 p.m. - Tie-dye with SGA in Building C Atrium
Tuesday, Aug. 20, 1-2 p.m. - Frozen Treat Social in Building C Atrium
Wednesday, Aug. 21, 3-5 p.m., in the courtyard behind Riverfront Hall - IDEAS Welcome back Bash - Cookout and outdoor games
Thursday, Aug. 22, 4-6 p.m. - Esports Open House

Free snacks and refreshments will be served throughout the week of events.
