Grimm Named October Advisor of the Month

MACOMB, IL - - The Awards & Recognition committee proudly names Western Illinois University Jennifer Grimm, Academic Advisor for COFAC: Broadcasting & Journalism, Communication, and Speech Pathology & Audiology, as WIU Advisor of the Month for October.

Grimm has been honored with this recognition following a nomination by a student who expressed admiration and appreciation for her dedication to WIU and the departments she serves.

"Grimm's infectious enthusiasm for the University and her ability to provide invaluable support to students within COFAC expands across the department," her nominator said.

The nomination specifically lauded Grimm's commitment to excellence in academic advising.

"Her guidance in outlining all degree requirements ensures students are well-informed about upcoming departmental events and keeps them apprised of essential deadlines.

Grimm's exceptional dedication to her role as an academic advisor has not only earned her this well-deserved recognition but has also significantly contributed to the positive experiences of students within the COFAC," her nominator said.
