WIU MCC to Host Mixer Oct. 18

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois Multicultural Center (MCC) will host two Multicultural Mixer events from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 and Wednesday, Nov. 29 in the MCC.
The events welcome students, faculty and staff to enjoy light refreshments and mingle with others in the WIU community. These events provide the chance to discover resources offered through the MCC.
The Multicultural Center is located on Murray Street/CT Vivian Way, across from the University Union.
The Multicultural Center, home of the Gwendolyn Brooks Cultural Center, Casa Latina, the Women's Center and the LGBT*QA Resource Center, aims to advance the goals of educational, social and cultural awareness. Together, the MCC provides resources to enhance the campus community's understanding and appreciation of all identities.
