Virtual WIU Piano Festival Guest Recital Thursday

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University School of Music will present the WIU Piano Festival Guest Recital, featuring pianist University of Iowa Professor of Piano Alan Huckleberry, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 22, in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

Due to the restrictions currently in place, there are no general admission performances in the COFAC Recital Hall. The performance will be broadcast on the School of Music's YouTube Channel and Facebook page.

WIU piano students will also have the opportunity to play for Huckleberry during a masterclass. The 2021 WIU Piano Festival is made possible by the generous support of Professor Emerita Hyung Ja Kim.
