What is it?: Use the following form to ask basic, factual questions. If you have a more involved question, visit or call the Reference Desk (309-762-1598) during the libraries regular hours to consult a librarian or staff.
Who can use it?: This service is for WIU students, faculty and staff only. If, however, your question concerns resources unique to the WIU libraries, we can forward your inquiry to the appropriate branch or unit.
When can I expect a response?: Questions are reviewed by the reference librarian and staff daily (during the libraries regular hours). Every attempt will be made to respond within 24 hours.
