Mission

The mission of the JIDE office is to be responsible for strengthening and advancing the university's commitment to being a just, inclusive, diverse and equitable institution.

Vision

The vision of the JIDE office is to shape and implement appropriate strategies, policies and procedures for creating a campus where individuals are permitted and encouraged to live up to their potential.
