CRITERIA:

• Minimum GPA 3.75
• Demonstrate leadership qualities through department, university or community involvement
• Demonstrate outstanding potential as a clinician
• Have Junior or Senior standing (minimum 60 credit hours completed at time of application)
• Write a letter of intent for service in the field of Speech Pathology and Audiology

TERMS:

• Award amount $1000 ($500 for Fall semester and $500 for Spring semester)
• Students may apply each year they meet the criteria

SELECTION PROCESS:

Selection will be made by a scholarship committee with the approval of the SPA Department Chair.

APPLICATION INFORMATION &DEADLINES:

Submit a letter of intent to the Department Chair by September 1st of the fall semester. Awards will be announced no later than October 1st of the fall semester.
