Western Illinois University College of Education and Human Services will host the Administrator’s Roundtable: Education Law Conference for K-12 administrators, teachers and school board members Friday, April 12 on the Macomb campus.

This year’s event focuses on topics such as statutory changes to tenure, Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) updates, employee contract management, school bullying, and review of records issues in school districts.

The legal experts presenting include Jay Greening from Miller, Hall and Triggs, LLC, Chad Watkins representing  Illinois Association of School Administrators (IASA) and Jeff Funk of Miller, Tracy, Braun, Funk and Miller, Ltd.
