  • Jed Foundation- Mental Health Resources The Jed Foundation’s Mental Health Resource Center provides essential information about common emotional health issues and shows teens and young adults how they can support one another, overcome challenges, and make a successful transition to adulthood.
  • The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24. Call their hotline at (866) 488-7386.
  • The National Eating Disorders Association provides advocacy and support for people who struggle with disordered eating, as well as their friends and family. Call their hotline at 1-800-931-2237.
  • Alcoholics Anonymous Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone.
  • The Recovery Village National information, resources, and refferals regarding substance use and misuse for college students. Teletherapy, detox, and treatment centers.
