Admission Process

Step 1 – Application to the School of Graduate Studies

Step 2 – Application to the Educational Leadership Department

Step 3 – Screening for Applicants

Upon notification to the Educational Leadership office that you have been accepted into the Graduate School and your application and references are complete, you will be invited to schedule a screening appointment.

Candidates will be assessed in the Chicago area as well as on the University Campus. The all day assessment includes two different interviews, a pre-test covering the major course concepts, an in-basket activity, and a writing sample.
