Honoring Classes of 1959, 1969 and 1984

Alumni HouseThanks to everyone who made the 2009 Reunion weekend a huge success! We honored the classes of 1959, 1969 and 1984 with a weekend full of reminiscing, socializing and reconnecting. The highlight of the weekend was the Reunion and Half-Century Club banquet on Saturday evening in the University Union's Capitol Room. Those celebrating their reunion and members of the previous 50-year reunion classes shared old memories and enjoyed an elegant meal with classmates. We also inducted new members into the Half-Century Club, recognizing Alumni who have reached the milestone of graduating from Western Illinois University a half-century ago.

Here at the WIU Alumni Association, we are striving to develop and sustain a lifelong relationship with students, alumni and friends in order to advance the University. We look forward to seeing your for our 2010 Reunion weekend, September 24 and 25 where we will honor the classes of 1960, 1970 and 1985!

Check-in at the Alumni House, located at 1009 W. Adams Street. It continues throughout the weekend.

Please join us right after the game for the Reunion banquet...come as you are!

*The highlight of the weekend will be at the University Union in the Capitol Room where you will have the opportunity to share old memories and have an elegant meal with your classmates. All those celebrating their reunion, as well as members of the previous 50-year reunion classes, are invited. We will induct new members into the Half-Century Club, recognizing Alumni who have reached the milestone of graduating from Western Illinois University a half century ago.

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at Rodeway Inn, Days Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Super 8 in Macomb.
