The Western Illinois University Alumni Association welcomes you! As a member of the graduating class of 2016, we are glad to have you join our more than 130,000 alumni around the world! You made it! WIU students become MEMBERS of the Alumni Association the day they graduate--that's TODAY! There are no fees or dues, and you are entitled to a number of benefits provided by the Alumni Association:

We hope you will stay connected with Western after you leave campus. Wherever you are headed after graduation, you will be glad to know the WIU Alumni Association hosts a number of alumni events and socials around the world. Stay up-to-date on alumni gatherings by visiting our online Calendar of Events. You will find information about each event, the menu, the cost and much more. Feel free to bring a friend to any of them. Our events are not fundraisers - just a chance to network with other alumni near you.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Are you still looking to take your first step into the world of work? If so, you still have access to WIU’s Career Development Center. Learn about job searching, interviewing, resume writing, Career Fairs and much more. As one of our newest members of the WIU Alumni Association, we hope you will take a few minutes to complete a survey in order to help us better serve all of our Alumni and to update your files. This information will be used by the Alumni Association and the Career Development Center to monitor the success of WIU graduates.
