Career Fairs at Western Illinois University

WIU is proud to host a number of career fairs throughout the year, providing an opportunity for students and employers to connect. WIU Career Fairs are open to all current students, alumni, and students attending other regional colleges.

All WIU career fairs can be found posted on Handshake. Most fairs, both in-person and virtual, can be registered for on Handshake, some departmental fairs use external registration forms. Students, Alumni, and Employers can create their profiles on Handshake here: Join Handshake

Students: For in-person events, please register and explore organizations that will be in attendance. For virtual events, you will need to register for the fairs in advance and sign up for group and individual sessions with employers.

Employers: Find and register for WIU career events (in-person and virtual) on Handshake or departmental websites
