- Description: Halloween Goody Bags
University Housing and Dining Services (UHDS) at Western Illinois University will sponsor an alternative to the annual Residence Halls Safe Trick-or-Treat program.
We invite community and campus guardians with children between the ages 2-12 to sign up for a take home Halloween goody bag to celebrate at home with pre-wrapped candy, coloring pages & activities and other Halloween related items. The bags are not gender or age specific. Goody bags are limited so sign your children up soon!
